Summary

Nevada Medicaid has established new provider-specific reimbursement rates for Critical Access Hospitals (Provider Types 44 and 75) that equal actual service costs, as required by Nevada Senate Bill 241. Claims with dates of service from January 1, 2024 onward that paid incorrect rates will be automatically reprocessed.
