Action Required

Action needed
By March 3, 2025: Providers prescribing Fasenra for EGPA, Dupixent for COPD, Tezspire, or Adbry must complete prior authorization forms available at https://nv.primetherapeutics.com/provider/forms before prescribing. Update EMR templates to include prior auth reminders for these medications. Failure to obtain prior authorization will result in prescription rejections at pharmacy point-of-sale.
