Summary
Nevada Medicaid now offers electronic health records waiver applications for providers who lack necessary infrastructure or cannot reasonably obtain it. Grant funding applications are available through March 31, 2025 to help providers meet electronic records requirements.

By March 31, 2025: Providers lacking electronic health records infrastructure should apply for grant funding through the Notice of Grant Funding Opportunity. If infrastructure cannot be reasonably obtained, submit Provider Application to Waive Requirements available on the Electronic Health Information Advisory Group page.
