Summary
Nevada Medicaid has updated their system with rates for new 2025 CPT, HCPCS, and ADA codes. Claims with these new codes will now process automatically instead of being suspended, and previously suspended claims with error code 853 will be released for adjudication.

Immediately: Billing team should monitor remittance advices for previously suspended claims with new 2025 codes that will be automatically reprocessed. Review any new denials that may occur during reprocessing and prepare appeals if necessary following Medicaid Services Manual Chapter 100 guidelines.
