Before April 22, 2025: All Nevada providers must complete and resubmit any outstanding enrollment applications with all required corrections. Check provider type implementation dates: Group 1 (PT 24/72/74/77) by April 22, Group 2 (PT 20) by May 13, Group 3 (PT 14/82) by June 17, all others by July 8. Failure to complete applications before implementation will require starting new applications in Provider Flex system.
