Action Required
Immediately: School Health Services providers (type 60) must update billing software to remove the GN modifier requirement for CPT codes 98960, 98961, and 98962 for Nevada Medicaid claims with dates of service on or after April 7, 2025. Update encounter forms and billing templates to reflect this change. Non-speech language pathologists can now bill these codes directly without the modifier.
