Nevada Medicaid has implemented DocuSign for Provider Flex enrollment, requiring electronic signatures on all provider enrollment documents. Only the actual enrolling provider or owner can sign documents - authorized individuals can no longer sign on behalf of others, and email addresses must belong to the specific individual signing.
Action Required
Immediately: Providers enrolling in Nevada Medicaid must ensure they personally sign all DocuSign enrollment documents using their own email address. Billing staff can no longer sign applications on behalf of providers. Update enrollment procedures to require provider's personal email for Individual Providers and each owner/board member's personal email for Group Providers. Authorized signatories are no longer permitted except for government, county, or tribal entities.
