Summary
Nevada Medicaid is transitioning to a new provider enrollment tool called Provider Flex and is offering mandatory training sessions. Training session availability is being reduced from 8 to 4 sessions per day starting May 1, 2025, with further reductions through July.
Action Required
By May 31, 2025: Nevada Medicaid providers must register and attend a Provider Flex Overview training session through the Provider Training Learning Management System. Contact NevadaProviderTraining@gainwelltechnologies.com for assistance. Sessions require minimum 3 participants or will be cancelled.
