Summary
Nevada Medicaid has added new Quarter 3 2025 CPT, HCPCS, and ADA codes effective July 1, 2025. Claims with these new codes will initially suspend with error code 853 until rates and policies are updated in the system, after which they will be reprocessed automatically.
