Summary
Effective August 25, 2025, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now required for all users to access Nevada Medicaid's Provider Flex Enrollment tool. Each user must have their own individual account with MFA - shared accounts are no longer permitted.
Action Required
By August 25, 2025: All billing staff and providers must set up individual MFA accounts to access Provider Flex Enrollment tool. Users with existing Provider Web Portal (PWP) MFA can use existing credentials. New users must register for MFA when logging in. Each person needs their own account - no shared logins allowed. Contact Gainwell Technologies at (877) 638-3472 for assistance. Without MFA setup, staff will be unable to access Provider Flex for enrollment functions.
