For PRTFs only: Ensure compliance with existing critical incident reporting requirements. In-state facilities must use Therap system for notifications. Out-of-state facilities must email BehavioralHealth@nvha.nv.gov and reports@ndalc.org. All facilities must report to appropriate state agencies within one business day of incidents and document in resident records.
