Summary
Nevada Medicaid now requires providers to sign an attestation confirming application information accuracy before submission in Provider Flex. Additionally, the DEA Number field has been removed from all provider type applications except for pharmacies (PT 28).
Action Required
Immediately: Nevada providers must ensure they complete the new attestation step when submitting any Provider Flex applications. Remove DEA Number from application workflows for all provider types except PT 28 (Pharmacy). Update internal credentialing checklists and training materials to reflect these Provider Flex changes.
