Nevada Medicaid will mail 1099-Misc forms for the 2025 tax year to providers by January 31, 2026. Providers who consented to electronic delivery will no longer receive paper forms and must download them through the Provider Web Portal instead.

By January 31, 2026: Providers expecting 1099-Misc forms should verify their mailing address is current in the Nevada Medicaid Provider Web Portal if they want paper delivery, or access the Report Download feature to obtain electronic copies. Use the 'Revalidate-Update Provider' function under Provider Services to update addresses.
