Summary
Nevada Medicaid requires all Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) trading partners to migrate their Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) connections from sftp.medicaid.nv.gov to mft.gainwelltechnologies.com by January 20, 2026. SFTP services at the old URL will be discontinued starting January 21, 2026.
Action Required
By January 20, 2026: Billing team must contact NV MMIS EDI Support immediately to schedule SFTP migration from sftp.medicaid.nv.gov to mft.gainwelltechnologies.com. Email nvmmis.edisupport@gainwelltechnologies.com or call 1-877-638-3472. Update all billing software and EDI systems to use the new URL. Failure to migrate will result in inability to submit claims electronically to Nevada Medicaid starting January 21, 2026.
