Summary
Nevada Medicaid has changed their password reset process for Provider Web Portal and Provider Flex accounts. Passwords will no longer be sent via email; instead, users receive a secure link to verify identity and reset passwords themselves.
Action Required
Immediately: All staff using Nevada Medicaid Provider Web Portal or Provider Flex must update their password reset procedures. Delegates must ensure they know their name, birth date, last 4 of DLN, and delegate code on file, or contact their administrator for this information.
