Immediately: Billing team must update billing software to replace terminated codes 77385, 77386, and 77014 with code 77387 for imaging guidance services. Replace HCPCS codes G6001-G6017 with appropriate CPT codes 77402, 77407, or 77412 for treatment delivery. Update encounter forms and provider documentation. Note provider type restrictions: only MDs/DOs can bill 77402, 77407, and 77412, while code 77387 can be billed by MDs/DOs, APRNs, radiology centers, and PAs. Claims with error code 4150 will be automatically reprocessed.
