Summary
Nevada Medicaid's External Quality Review Organization (HSAG) is conducting 2025 Performance Measures Calculations and will be requesting clinical records from providers through Managed Care Entities. Providers must promptly provide requested records at no cost as required by their Provider Participation Agreement.
