Kansas Medicaid (KMAP) is moving injectable triamcinolone acetonide codes from pharmacy benefit to medical benefit coverage effective April 1, 2024. HCPCS codes J3299, J3300, J3301, and J3304 will now be covered under medical benefits only, while J3302 coverage is completely discontinued.
