Pharmacy providers must use RelayHealth or RedSail Technologies for POS transactions. Verify member eligibility on Provider Secured Portal and check NDC List for coverage. For emergency medications dispensed during outage, bill within 30 days once CHC connectivity is restored. Prior authorization is waived for EVV services with dates after February 21, 2024.
