Immediately: Stop billing for services provided at Alternative Care Sites by IHS or tribal facilities for dates of service after May 11, 2023. For Provider Types 77 (Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic) and IC (Integrated Clinics): Update billing system to ensure each claim line represents only one day of service - claims with date spans greater than one day will be denied. Update prior authorization contact information to servicedesk@azahcccs.gov for Transaction Insight Portal issues.
