Summary
Kansas Medicaid (KMAP) will now reimburse Community Mental Health Centers for supportive housing services using codes H0037 and H0037-HK for Operation Community Integration behavioral health programming. This change is retroactive to January 1, 2017, and impacted claims will be automatically reprocessed.
Action Required
No immediate action required from providers as impacted claims will be automatically reprocessed by KMAP. However, Community Mental Health Centers with Provider Type/Provider Specialty 11/122 should verify their billing systems can capture H0037 and H0037-HK codes for supportive housing services going forward.
