Kansas Department of Health and Environment is hosting a virtual town hall meeting on February 12, 2025, to provide updates on Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements for Personal Care Services and Home Health Care Services. EVV claims processing through AuthentiCare Solution becomes mandatory for all PCS and HHCS providers starting February 6, 2025.

By February 6, 2025: All Personal Care Services (PCS) and Home Health Care Services (HHCS) providers must implement EVV claims processing through the AuthentiCare Solution. Register for the February 12, 2025 town hall meeting to learn about system updates including Provider Location ID requirements, member address additions for geo-fencing, and fraud detection methods. Contact KDHE.EVV@ks.gov with questions. Failure to implement EVV processing will result in claim rejections.
