Action Required

Action needed
By February 6, 2025: Billing team must transition all home and community-based services and non-waiver personal care service claims requiring EVV to AuthentiCare system. Before March 1, 2025: Ensure all original claims for EVV-covered services are submitted through AuthentiCare portal, not KMAP. Contact Fiserv at 800-441-4667 or authenticare.support@fiserv.com for system setup. Failure to use AuthentiCare will result in claim rejections by MCOs starting March 1, 2025.
