Before August 27, 2025 at 6:00 PM: Complete any necessary provider account updates through Manage My Information portal before it goes offline. During August 29 - September 2: Submit provider account update requests via email to kansas-provider-enrollment@gainwelltechnologies.com. Plan for system downtime affecting KMAP portals, provider enrollment, and managed care systems from August 29 at 6:00 PM through September 2 at 6:00 AM.
