Summary
The Kansas Medical Modular System (KMMS) will be down for maintenance from Friday, December 12, 2025 at 6 p.m. through Monday, December 15, 2025 at 6 a.m. During this time, all secure portals (Provider, Member, and MCO) will be unavailable, and point-of-sale pharmacy transactions will have additional outages on Friday night and Saturday morning.
Action Required
Before December 12, 2025 at 6 p.m.: Billing team should plan for KMMS portal unavailability during the maintenance window. Complete any urgent portal transactions before the downtime begins. Inform staff that provider, member, and MCO portals will be inaccessible from Friday evening through Monday morning.
