Action Required

Action needed
Before January 22, 2026: Staff must be trained on the new EVV Authorization Modification Request form feature in AuthentiCare. Billing team should familiarize themselves with the correction process for authorization discrepancies (rates, provider IDs, units, dates, diagnosis codes, service codes, ordering providers). Note that authorization changes and cancellations will still require existing contracted processes with MCOs.
