Immediately: Institutional providers should check if they need to pay the increased $730 enrollment fee for 2025 applications (up from $709). Providers can now access letters online through the Provider Portal under 'Secure Correspondence' for the past 90 days. Optionally add American Sign Language capability to provider profiles in the 'Characteristics' section. Review Telligen retrospective request timeframes: 90 days for retroactive eligibility, 5 days for urgent imaging/dental, 30 days for EPSDT visits.
