Summary

By July 1, 2024: Ensure all referring, ordering, and attending providers are registered with AHCCCS using the Provider Enrollment Portal (APEP) - claims with unregistered ROPA providers will be denied. For BHRF providers: Immediately update billing systems to submit HCPCS code H0018 as single line items per date of service only - date span billing will result in claim denials. Billing team must verify provider registrations before claim submission and update BHRF billing protocols.
