Submit current license information via MESA Provider Portal, fax (866) 644-6148, or mail to Provider Enrollment, PO Box 23078, Jackson, MS 39225. Use new online timely filing review form at medicaid.ms.gov for claim denials. Failure to maintain current licensure could result in closure of Medicaid provider number.
