Alaska Medicaid is updating their Preferred Drug List effective March 1, 2023, adding prior authorization requirements for 18 new medications and updating criteria for existing medications. Update system to flag these medications for prior auth requirements. Remove prior auth requirements for Clobazam tablets and oral suspension.
