By November 1, 2025: Update staff protocols for Alaska Medicaid travel authorization requests - HMS call center will only operate Monday-Friday 7am-6pm AK time at 907.644.6800 or 800.770.5650 option 1,5. For weekend emergencies, direct members to call CTM for flight/ferry rebooking. Submit hotel/taxi voucher change requests within 1 business day after needed change. Train staff on proper appeal documentation requirements including complete Appeal forms with accurate information in box 14 and all supporting documentation.
