By March 1, 2026: Update billing system to require prior authorization for 21 new medications including Anzupgo, Ebglyss, Jascayd, Rhapsido, Tyvaso DPI, Subvenite suspension, Redemplo, Javadin, Omlonti, Wegovy tablet, and others listed. Verify ICD-10 codes are included on all C-II opioid prescription claims. Ensure prior authorization is obtained for opioid prescriptions exceeding 150 MME. Claims without proper authorization will be denied.
