Summary
New Mexico Medicaid Fee-for-Service providers must register for mandatory training on the upgraded Comagine Health Provider Portal (CHPP) by May 1, 2023. The new system launches June 5, 2023, and will handle all prior authorization, budget, and level of care requests and correspondence.
Action Required
By May 1, 2023: All New Mexico Medicaid FFS providers must register for mandatory CHPP training using the provider-specific registration links provided. Attend your assigned training session between May 15-23, 2023. Complete portal registration and setup before June 5, 2023 system launch. Failure to complete training will prevent submission of prior authorization requests through the new system.
