Summary
New Mexico Medicaid will no longer accept paper enrollment applications, updates, or revalidations by mail or fax starting August 1, 2024. All provider enrollment submissions must be completed electronically through the New Mexico Provider Portal only.
Action Required
By August 1, 2024: All New Mexico Medicaid providers must transition to electronic enrollment submissions through the New Mexico Provider Portal. Stop using mail or fax (866-653-1439) for any enrollment documents, applications, updates, or revalidations. Contact Consolidated Customer Service Center at 1-800-299-7304 for assistance. Paper documents will be returned after July 31, 2024.
