Billing team must update system to include CPT T2001 for transportation services with accompanying adults for children age 20 or younger. Add iron supplement coverage to pharmacy benefit protocols for pregnant Medicaid patients. Claims processing staff must ensure crossover claims for dual eligible Health Home recipients include ordering/referring type one provider information to avoid denials.
