Summary
Nebraska Medicaid is adjusting reimbursement rates for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services effective August 1, 2025. Seven ABA procedure codes will have new payment rates, with rates ranging from $7.49 to $38.16. Both fee-for-service Medicaid and managed care rates will be updated.

Before August 1, 2025: Billing team must update fee schedules in billing system with new Nebraska Medicaid rates for ABA codes 97151 ($38.16), 97152 ($25.88), 97153 ($18.70), 97154 ($7.49), 97155 ($22.72), 97156 ($26.06), and 97158 ($12.05). Update both fee-for-service Medicaid and Medicaid managed care rate tables.
