Summary
Nebraska Medicaid is moving all immunization and vaccine billing codes from the injectables fee schedule to a new dedicated immunization/vaccine fee schedule effective January 1, 2026. Providers must reference the new fee schedule location for all vaccine-related billing.

Before January 1, 2026: Billing team must update fee schedule references from the injectables schedule to the new immunization/vaccine fee schedule at https://dhhs.ne.gov/Pages/Medicaid-Provider-Rates-and-Fee-Schedules.aspx.
