Action Required

Action needed
Before January 1, 2024: Billing team must update systems to recognize that all Adult Expansion Medicaid members now have full Traditional Medicaid benefits including NEMT, EPSDT services, expanded PT/OT visits, speech services, audiology, medical supplies/equipment, and long-term care. Verify provider enrollment status and complete any pending revalidations before auto-closure process restarts in January 2024. Contact providerenroll@utah.gov for revalidation questions. Note that ARPA supplemental payments from managed care plans are delayed but should resume in November 2023.
