Action Required
Immediately: Update billing systems for behavioral health nurse medication management to use CPT 99211 with CG modifier instead of T1001. LTAC providers must switch to revenue code 0100 and use bill types 11X, 12X, 41X with value codes 80/81. School-based providers can now bill personal care services using IEP as service plan retroactively to July 1, 2023. Behavioral health providers can begin billing H2016 for supportive living services for fee-for-service members.
