Summary

Action Required
If billing for School Health Aide services: Use procedure code W7123 (T1021) and ensure services are documented in student's IEP/IFSP for assistance with activities of daily living necessitated by medical condition. Adjust any claims made prior to July 1, 2002 that used inappropriate procedure codes per Chapter 100, Appendix 6 guidelines.
