Summary
CMS is deferring reimbursement payments for administrative outreach codes C1 and C2 from Q4 2002, and reducing the federal matching rate from 75% to 50% for activity codes E2 and F2 effective January 1, 2003. This affects school-based health services administrative claiming in Illinois.

Continue submitting administrative claims using current methodology including codes C1, C2, E2, and F2 as outlined in the Illinois Guide for School-Based Health Services Administrative Claiming.
