Ensure all drug claims use accurate 11-digit NDC numbers. Maintain invoices for all drug products billed to Medicaid for audit purposes. Non-drug items (needles, syringes, diabetic supplies, lancets, ostomy items) can be dispensed regardless of labeler rebate agreement status.
