Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must download updated General Appendix 9 (Third Party Liability Resource Code Directory) and new General Appendix 14 (TPL/PBM Resource Code Directory) from the Illinois HFS website. Remove November 2000 appendix and insert January 2004 version. Share updates with software vendor and IT systems team to ensure TPL/COB billing compliance for NDC-designated products.
