Action Required
By April 30, 2026: Billing team and administrators should register for and attend the appropriate AHCCCS Solutions Center training webinars. General users handling AHCCCS communications should attend Session 3 on April 30 at 3:00 PM (Session 1 & 2 are full). Administrators and managers responsible for granting user access should attend the admin training on April 30 at 11:00 AM. After training, set up accounts on the new platform and transition AHCCCS communications to the Solutions Center.
