Summary
AHCCCS is launching a new Customer Support System (CSS) on May 4, 2026, which will become the primary way to submit provider service requests including claims, billing, and general inquiries. A new Live-in Caregiver report is also available in the AHCCCS EVV Aggregator for tracking caregiver relationships and compliance.
Action Required
By May 4, 2026: Billing team must transition from using shared email inboxes and phone calls to submitting claims, billing inquiries, and general provider service requests through the new AHCCCS Solutions Center Customer Support System. Complete training on the new platform using AHCCCS-provided guidance and resources. For EVV providers: Access the new Live-in Caregiver report in the AHCCCS EVV Aggregator to track caregiver relationships and ensure compliance.
