Replace specific handbook pages M-210.5, M-211.1, M-212.21, M-212.23, M-212.24, M-212.71, M-212.72, and M-212.74 with new versions. Update billing procedures to bill respiratory care DME as purchase instead of rental, except for ventilators and oxygen concentrators which remain rental-only.
