Summary
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has updated the lists of pharmaceutical labelers with signed Medicaid Drug Rebate Agreements. Pharmacies must use accurate 11-digit NDC numbers when billing and must be able to produce invoices on audit for all drug products billed to Medicaid.
