Summary
Starting August 15, 2007, all transportation claims must include a Request Tracking Number (RTN) or they will be rejected with Error Code R09. The RTN can be obtained through First Transit's passPORT system or by calling 1-877-725-0569.
Action Required
By August 15, 2007: Billing team must obtain Request Tracking Numbers (RTN) for all transportation claims before submission. RTNs can be obtained through passPORT system or by calling First Transit at 1-877-725-0569. Register for passPORT at ilpassport@firstgroupamerica.com. Claims submitted without RTN will reject with Error Code R09 and must be rebilled with appropriate RTN.
