Action Required
By January 29, 2010: Billing team must update system to bill HCPCS code Q3014 for telehealth originating site facility fee ($25). Add modifier GT to all telehealth CPT codes. For telepsychiatry providers, ensure HFS 3882 Psychiatric Residency Certification is on file or claims will be rejected with error T98.
