Summary
Illinois Medicaid updated Chapter P-200 of the Handbook for Providers of Pharmacy Services to include new information about Goold Health Systems as the contractor for State Maximum Allowable Cost (MAC) reimbursement rates. Providers must replace their February 2009 page P-203(1) with the updated June 2010 version.

Immediately: Pharmacy providers should update their Chapter P-200 handbook by removing page February 2009 HFS P-203(1) and inserting the new June 2010 HFS P-203(1) page available on the HFS website. If internet access is unavailable, submit written request to Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services Provider Participation Unit for paper copies.
